Ok, well salsa, sort of… 😉 I was asked to do a series of salsa cooking segments for a ‘How To’ website. We taped 9 segments today, and will finish up another 7 tomorrow. So tonight for dinner, we’ll be breaking out a bag of tortilla chips and dining on a fun variety of salsas from today: Salsa Fresca, Salsa Cruda, Tomatillo Salsa, Pineapple Salsa, Papaya-Black Bean Salsa, Mango Salsa, Queso Fundido and a Sweet & Hot Chutney-like Salsa made with peaches, ginger and almonds. Oh boy!!
